Albion Pies and local ales at Seagulls' new stadium

Stadia catering specialists Azure will be offering home made pies and regional ales at Brighton & Hove Albion when the new football season kicks off.

Kicking off a new food offer, fans will be able to wash down their pies with ales from local brewery Harveys and - to ensure away fans feel at home - Azure has teamed up with CAMRA to make sure a local ale from each away team playing at the ground is available for supporters during their matches.

The company will also be working in partnership with local baker Joanna Philips from Piglet's Pantry to create the club's own 'Albion Pie', which will be baked on-site and presented in an Albion-branded box.

Gourmet burgers, Sussex sausages, street food and high quality snacks will also be on offer at Brighton's 15 kiosks. There will be a strong focus on healthy options.

Further developments at Azure, part of the Elior Group, have seen the company sign with Port Vale to provide all catering and conference services to the club for the next five years, plus the award of two new contracts with Rangers Football Club.

The latter are a nine-year extension to its catering contract and a five-year deal which will see Azure provide all the cleaning services at Ibrox Stadium and Rangers' Murray Park training ground.
